Ongoing project (2011-2013): “Improving Trade of Animals and Products”, in partnership with the Government of Sweden. The total cost of the project is €17.465.328, to be implemented between the period 2011-2015. The general objective of the project is the support of the economic development of BiH through the removal of barriers for the import and export of animals and animal products from BiH. The contribution of the Government of Cyprus to the project is €850,000 (€250.000 in 2011, €280.000 in 2012 and €320.000 in 2013) to be used for the financing of the stand alone sub-project “construction of six standardized facilities for the purposes of Border Veterinary Inspection”.
